Birgitta Törnqvist Ringsjö has extensive experience in strategy and practical implementation of efficient logistics and supply chain management. She has a proven track record of developing, constructing and implementing strategies in LEAN management. She has also been responsible for outsourcing of warehousing and logistics center on an international basis. By focusing on optimizing processes, lead times and management of materials and capital helps Birgitta organizations to increase efficiency, reduce costs and capital employed.

She also has broad experience in business development and sales of products and services, nationally and internationally. As a former sales and business manager, she has worked with tactical sales responsibilities as well as tasks of strategic and operative development and streamlining sales efforts. She has also led efforts to develop a new partner program to support Ericsson’s indirect B2B sales.

Birgitta’s passion is to develop and streamline operations for improved profitability.
